Corrugated 94 was truly an industry led exhibition with every aspect of boxmaking seen under one roof. Never before had such a broad range of corrugated machinery, products and services been exhibited at one time.

The show was launched back in 1990 on the results of detailed research carried out amoungst the corrugated industry. 457 manufacturers and suppliers from 27 countries exhibited. Corrugated 94 occupied 20,347 sq meters at Paris Nord.

7,500 boxmakers visited the show over the six day period, of which 49% stayed for more than one day. While 70% of visitors came from Europe, many others came from further afield - notably the Far East, South America, North America, the Middle East and Africa - demonstrating that from the outset Corrugated is an international event.

Some 40% of visitors were directors, with another 30% of senior management level - all key decision makers with purchasing power. This was reflected in the number of positive leads taken by exhibiting companies.

The response to the 1998 event has been incredible - 191 companies from 19 countries have already asked for over 24,400 sq meters. This represents a 25% increase on the space they took in 1994.
