Yamamura Glass Co.,Ltd., the largest Glass Container Manufacturer in Japan, released to the press about signing of Agreement on our merging with Nippon Glass Co.,Ltd. on January 29th '98. The new company will start on the 1st October, 1998 under the name of Nihon Yamamura Glass Co., Ltd.. Our market share in Japan will be 40% by this merger.
