NEW INK FOR D.O.D. SYSTEMS

ABM MARKING LTD of Belleville, Illinois, has developed a new water base formula for a weather proof ink that can be used in any D.O.D. printer. The water and sunlight proof ink is suitable for absorbent surfaces only: kraft paper, cardboard boxes, plywood. Impressions made with the new ink will not fade under any level of exposure to sunlight, rainwater or condensation. Products to be stored under direct sunlight on film wrapped skids, subject to both sunlight exposure and condensation, such as ceramic tiles, roofing products, insulation, etc... can now be marked with the crisp, high contrast mark of the new ABM Water proof ink, without the inconvenience of losing the identification codes in time. Like all inks manufactured by ABM MArking the new water and sunlight proof ink is non reactive, has total stability, long shelf life, long active life inside the printers, not requiring purge even over prolonged down time. Excellent color contrast, directional penetration, long throw distance and dot formation will maximize the performance of any printer.
