Major European Design Firm Chooses Air BoxTM to Launch New Cell Phone in Retail Campaign

Valencia, California, USA, October 04, 2000/PR Newswire/ -- Air Packaging Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: AIRP), award-winning innovator in patented inflatable packaging, today announced a major new retail packaging order from Brandescom of Lisbon, Portugal, a subsidiary of Novodesign, the largest design consulting company in Portugal and one of the largest in Europe. The Air Box has been chosen by Brandescom to launch a new cell phone program for Telescel, a mobile phone operator owned by Vodaphone Air Touch. The initial order is for 150,000 Air Boxes and, depending upon the success of the cell phone program, may increase substantially.
