EPS Recycling System
Our new melting extruder & crusher, which used a technology developed by Kyungbuk Machinery Engineering, crushes Styrofoam scrap into pieces of potato size, applies indirect heat using electric while compressing them in a compressor. In the process, water comes out and Styrofoam grains crash against each other, producing instantaneous heat. At this time, 98 percent of air contained in the Styrofoam escapes and the Styrofoam melts, generation Polystyrene resin through the compressor. The Polystyrene resin do not change in its physical property, making itself a good source of quality recycling materials.
